Seal the bag carefully and store tea cool, dry and dark, ideally in an airtight tin. Avoid heat, direct sunlight and strong aromas from spices or coffee. Always follow the best-before date on the package.
We normally pack weekday orders within 24 hours. Delivery within Sweden usually takes 2–4 business days after the parcel leaves us. Fixed shipping is 49 SEK and orders above 500 SEK ship free.
Unopened items can normally be returned under the right of withdrawal. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned unless there is a complaint. Contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you.
