Inspiration and ingredients for the Japanese kitchen in everyday life.
Go to Nekko JournalStart with Japanese tea: sencha for fresh umami, hojicha for roasted softness and genmaicha for nutty warmth. Each product is chosen to be easy to use at home with clear flavor, brewing and storage guidance.
Nekko Kitchen is a curated pantry for the Japanese kitchen. We handpick ingredients directly from producers we trust, so that every flavor you create carries its own story.
We think of the kitchen as a place for rhythm and movement. The range is shaped to fit with everyday cooking: calm teas that follow the day, dry goods that find their way into recipes, and a cookbook section that ties ingredients to occasions, from breakfast to late evening.
We taste everything before we bring it in. Brewing and cooking recommendations are written from our own kitchens, so the product is easy to use in yours from day one. When something does not deliver what it promises, we remove it from the range.
