Kitchen Items
According to law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the item. For kitchen items and other non-food goods, the item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in unchanged condition.
Food Products
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products such as tea, pantry items or other sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken. Contact us before sending anything back, and we will help you determine what applies to your order.
Complaints
If an item is damaged upon delivery, missing from the parcel or does not match what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, photos of the item and preferably photos of the packaging, and we will help with a replacement or refund.
How to make a return
Write to [email protected] before sending an item back. Include your order number, which item it concerns and why you want to return or complain about it. Once we have confirmed the case, you will receive instructions for the return address and next steps.
