Shipping & Delivery
Here you will find practical information about how we pack and ship Japanese tea, the cookbook and other goods from Nekko Kitchen.
Delivery Time
We normally pack your order within 24 hours on business days. Standard delivery within Sweden is 2–4 business days from the time the parcel leaves us. During holidays, campaigns or public holidays it may take an extra day.
Shipping Cost
The fixed shipping fee is 49 SEK. For orders over 500 SEK, shipping is free. The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Method
We ship our parcels with PostNord to your nearest service point or the delivery option shown at checkout. When the parcel is on its way, you receive delivery information by email or text message from the carrier.
If something goes wrong
Contact us at [email protected] if the parcel seems stuck, if the delivery notice is missing or if an item has been damaged in transit. Please keep the packaging and take photos of the damage so we can help you faster.
